To be able to offer you gourmet and tasty dishes, our restaurant owners only use fresh, organic and seasonal products.
They favor short circuits by sourcing directly from independent local producers in La Rochelle and the surrounding area.
By doing without intermediaries, they promote the quality of the products offered and advocate fair remuneration for local producers.
